
Prior to becoming a chef, I was an accomplished Event Planner for the Walt Disney Studios, Carlson Wagonlit Travel, Japan and Orient Tours and Rainbow Adventure Holidays specializing in corporate events, press junkets, yacht charters and adventure travel. I continue as the Executive Chef for the Pacific Zen Institute and the Meridian University for several week-long yearly retreats. In 2013, I relocated to the Silicon Valley and joined the team at Taste-Full Events as Sous Chef.
